Oct 09,2021I received expired product. Because of the phasing out of the product, and introduction of 'improved' product, I was sent more than ordered, but expired. Upon notification, I was refunded the price of the order. Response was very fast with apologies. The product they sell is really effective. I don't know about the improved product tho, but will probably find out soon.

Oct 07,2021So far, I am not impressed. Every bottle was dented. Some were dented in more than one place. Pumps will NOT screw onto the bottles. Haven’t physically tried the shampoo or conditioner which I plan to use later this evening. All I can say is it doesn’t look promising. I’ll add to review after I‘be used the product. Sep 26,2021My second order with Cel was supposed to be a renewing one, but got messed up by my credit card company. I was really upset about it because it was set at a really great rate. I reached out via email and a very kind person responded and was able to get it all set back up at the discounted rate. I've since ordered additional products that I also like a lot and believe are helping my hair.

Sep 24,2021I have been using Cel Shampoo and Conditioner as well as Microstem Hair Stimulation Formula for about a month and a half, and I am very happy with the results so far. My hair, where I had previously had an area of very short hair where it had literally broken off and was no longer growing, is now growing and looking a lot better and thicker than before. I will continue to use this product and expect continued great results.
