Sep 23,2021Did not work for my husband. I bought these products for my husband's thinning hair and one bald spot quickly showing (he's 44). After using the shampoo, conditioner and serum consistently (serum daily, and shampoo/conditioner pretty much daily as well) for over six months. we saw zero difference. We took before and after photos to document any progress and were sad to see none. I will name one positive because I always like to look for at least one. The presentation of the products and shipping is great, always on time delivery when done through subscription.

Sep 23,2021I found this product and was very happy to find it. I have been using this daily and have seen new hair grow fuller and longer. Plan to keep using this product atleast one more year until I grow my hair completely. The thing I like is the product is not sticky like oil. It dries up well so I dont have to wash my hair every day. Love this product and will definitely reccomend it. It works.

Sep 23,2021Nothing happened. Exactly nothing. I have used it faithfully daily and applied the tube of stuff 2 times a day. My hair is no different than when I started.

Sep 23,2021I use the shampoo and conditioner regularly. I have very fine hair and these products do help. I have discoid lupus which has made scarring on my scalp and caused some balding. I ordered the regeneration product early this summer for around $80. Unfortunately, the post office returned it because of an incorrect number in the address. I did not get any reply when I attempted to email via the help line. So I was out the product and the money😕. I would still like to try the regrow that product but don’t want to pay a second time

Sep 20,2021First, the email for this review didn't come in my correct name. ?? Secondly, when I tried to email Cel, I rec'd no response so I called. They couldn't find my email, then I was handed off to somebody else. All I wanted was pumps that worked. 3 out of 4 bottle I have did not work, they just spun. I tugged & pulled but still nothing worked. I asked the lady "several" times to please send me out 3 pumps, but she continually argued with me saying they didn't make that style anymore. I said plz talk to the whse & get me at least 1. Boy, it didn't take long & she called me back & said "1" would be in the mail. She also said she never saw an email come from me. I personally think they ignored it. I mean all I wanted was a pump to use the product. All I rec'd was a complete hassle. I like the product but the hassle will keep me from coming back. She told me just to dump it into my hand. I said it is too expense of a product to do that. She also basically said it wasn't her job to take care of this & I had to continually push to even get the 1 pump. My experience with this company so far has been FAR from superior. I expected more kindness & that is not what was rec'd. The experience has left a bad taste in my mouth & will definitely not be recommending them to anyone. They definitely need people in their entire company that knows how to provide customer service, good customer service would be quite a step for them but maybe hopefully. I'd fire them all & start over. Something has gone terribly wrong with this company that will affect the selling of their product. Good luck to whoever must work any issues with them! They certainly wasted quite a bit of my time.

Sep 18,2021Have been using Cel products for 1 yr My hair is now thicker and where it has thinned I have new growth I’m 70 yrs young ! My hairdresser of many years has been working with me I went from wearing a wig at events to wearing my own hair !!!!!! It just takes time and dedication I’m not stopping

Sep 17,2021I was very skeptic at first but when my sister gave me a set to try I fell in love with this stuff right away. It felt so different and my hair just keeps growing and very strong too. I dont see many hair in the shower everyday anymore. Just love love this product. Thank you.

Sep 14,2021ALERT, ALERT - Stay away from this Company. They keep sending me products & billing me without my authorisation. I never set up an account. Try emailing them - they never reply. They have billed me over at least 10 times, Pay Pal have been so great in getting my refunds. So it has happened again. Please see my last email to them. ONCE AGAIN - I NEVER ORDERED THIS OR SET UP ANY ACCOUNT WITH YOU - PRODUCTS WILL BE RETURNED AT YOUR EXPENSE. REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY $54.95. I HAVE EMAILED YOU OVER & OVER TO NOT SEND ME ANY MORE OF YOUR PRODUCTS - YOU EVIDENTLY DO NOT LISTEN & YOU NEVER REPLY. Sep 23,2021OMG! I thought at my age, that thinning hair was just the way it is. How wrong could I be!? Since using Cel products for 4 to 6 weeks, the hair on the top of my head is thicker & I feel young again! It’s graying, but I don’t care! It’s youth fully thick and I am very happy I tried these products & will continue!
