Aug 05,2021I am using the product and it is very good. I'm sorry I have to rate CEL so low, but it is because of their non-existent customer service. I completed the order form incorrectly - (double what I wanted), There is nowhere to make amendments, so I followed the instructions and contacted the CEL email immediately, to ask for the amends to be carried out. I received no reply. I got 8 sets and was charged over £142. So, I emailed to ask for the repeat order I set up to be cancelled - I do not require any more - 8 shampoos and conditioners will last me forever! To date, I have received no response or acknowledgment whatsoever. I do receive daily emails selling me more!!! Please CEL, get your dreadful customer service sorted out!!!

Aug 04,2021OMG I can't stop telling everyone about Cel. Since I had my daughter 13 years ago my hair hasn't stopped falling out but now there's hardly anything in my brush or my hand when I wash my hair. Also when I blow-dried my hair, it was hard to run the brush through my hair, now it just glides through so easy. I can go and on about this shampoo and conditioner, it's amazing, you need to try it 😁👏❤

Aug 03,2021I have been using Cel for one week. I have several spots that are getting extremely thin from hair loss. I will continue to use Cel for new growth and how my hair feels after shampoo. My room mate said to me yesterday. What did you do with your hair it looks thicker. She didn't know I was using Cel yet. That tells me the shampoo and conditioner works.

Aug 01,2021Outrageous & intentional confusion at check out. A SCAM. Keep away. As reported by other reviews…..using PayPal. The invoicing system didn't give me a confirmation button to click to preview my order & instead of paying £64.25 for a set and they have taken £284.27 and I have no idea what I have ordered as I’ve had no confirmation email and there was no final order button to confirm what was ordered. The email address they have comes back as unsent. As others have mentioned they are very clever as seem to be able loop hole around PayPal's iron steel secure system and although the 3 transactions are 2 minutes apart (why would anybody do that and incur three shipping fees to boot - which by the way were supposed to be waved in their ad) I have raised a dispute with PayPal who say I have to give them 10 days to respond!

Jul 27,2021I have been using cell shampoo & conditioner for over a year. This is the thickest & healthiest my hair has ever been. It went from fuzzy wavy to long silky thick hair. If everything else on me looked as good as my hair, I would very happy!

I was quickly hooked once my dry scalp and thinning hair became visibly healthier looking and feeling. Have remained consistent with them and recommend their products often.

Jul 26,2021Been using shampoo and conditioner for 4 months and I have seen a noticeable difference in my hair. It’s growing long, not breaking as much and it feels fuller and thicker. I would highly recommend! From reading the other reviews it seems there are issues with subscription and I don’t think monthly delivery works anyway as my set has lasted 4 months. About to order my 2nd set. Thanks Cel!

Jul 21,2021I like the product and I also ordered the 6 little tubs of the serum you put on the scalp but I noticed it expires August 11 , 2021 so I will not be able to use it all before it expires as this is suppose to last 6 weeks ?
