Feb 02,2025Really great price for the product i received! grade B so wasn’t expecting perfection small light damage to screen but was put in the description camera still works perfect !! came in protective packaging to ensure safety in the delivery , i got a charger and a case aswell and when i emailed to query what was included they got back to me the next morning so fast customer service over all 5 starts from me !!! sustainable aswell as your purchasing “second hand “ products !!! I recommend

I would not recommend ordering online from this company, there is no support or come back should your order go missing.

Feb 01,2025I ordered Laptop ram for my computer and was sent Desktop Ram which doesn't fit. I can understand this happening once, but I subsequently ordered the laptop ram again and was again sent out desktop ram. I now have to return the ram to the store for a refund - and the store is 20kms away. I understand mistakes can be made - of course - but this happening twice is indicative of a staff that either don't know the difference or do not care. Each item has a unique SKU / Product ID I believe so they surely would've known they had selected the wrong product.
