Jan 28,2025Wrong colour item again from CEX ! After waiting nearly 2 weeks for the item to arrive ! Asked online customer service to check this multiple times to be told yes it would be delivered and nothing for 2 weeks from date of purchase ! Your staff must be colour blind that they can’t tell the difference from rose gold to silver ! How hard is it to document the description of an item correctly? I’d ask for a refund but I’d be left waiting again and then get offered €5 discount for the inconvenience! Zero effort from their customer service staff and the staff in store especially the Omni Santry do not give a c**p about the customer complaints
