Jun 09,2024Brilliant service throughout. I ordered fencing and posts which were retained until needed and then delivered exactly as arranged. After the work was done, there were some posts and a panel left over and these were collected and a refund given. The sales manager Andy was totally helpful and available on the phone to discuss arrangements. The deliverer and collector were also helpful and friendly. This was a genuine personal service and I felt valued as a customer. The project took from April to June 2024 so I have put the final date below. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Jun 08,2024I'm a builder/developer and build a number of houses most years. Over the last week I have purchased a gate and a few other bits from the Farnham branch. A revelation. I usually get everything from jewson due to the amount I order but after a number of incorrect fencing deliveries went here. Brilliant. Helpful, lots of wanted advice. Even said will drop gate in his own car if required. I learnt more about solutions to hanging a gate in a tricky situation here than in 20 years building. Granted I'm not a dedicated fence erector. Friendly, helpful, good price, professional, no macho bs. I rarely leave reviews but the guy running this place runs it how you wish everyone acted.

May 24,2024Nice unit in Cobham very welcoming - would have been five stars but I needed a 3.6 m round cut in half and whilst they kindly supplied the saw and tape measure apparently they can’t do it for us ? So I was in the car park doing it myself ! Not a problem as it was straight forward but someone else may not have been able to do it - - maybe it’s company policy?? but I went thinking they would have jumped to assist! But it’s a great unit and they have good stock and products so would recommend .
