Mar 29,2024Ann from Challenge Fencing did an amazing job of delivering my 3 large fencing panels 6/6ft on her own. I did ask for an extra person to help - 2 man job, I am elderly and not up the the lifting of large panels. She got them off the lorry and up my inclining driveway. This is to say thank you Ann you are an exceptional lady. I hope you get paid the same as a man because you deserve it.

Mar 27,2024I placed the order online and was contacted within half an hour to confirm details and agree a delivery date (next day). The delivery driver called prior to delivery to confirm she was on her way and again a couple of minutes before arrival. Both the office staff and the driver were helpful and friendly and the items delivered were as ordered. In summary prompt, courteous and friendly. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered from the Maidstone branch and I’ve enjoyed similar service on each occasion.

Mar 27,2024Items were delivered on time 26/03/24 @ 09:00 as planned. Later discovered I ordered the wrong size panels and concrete posts. Called Challenge Fencing at around 13:30 and explained my error. They arranged a new delivery a few hours later with correct size panels and posts. Absolutely amazing especially as we are a few days off the busy Easter Bank Holiday weekend. The lady delivery driver was very efficient and friendly, a real asset to the company. First time using Challenge Fencing. I will certainly be using them again in the future as the service from start to finish was 1st class. Thank you Challenge Fencing.
