I only phoned up Tuesday and from your end the funds were with the dealer on Thursday. I actually feel like it must have been a longer week as so much seems to have been done in a short time frame! Still have to wait a day to pick the car up on Saturday! Really appreciate the clear guidance and responsiveness from the start. Also from Jack for his help last September when I first reached out and again early this year (I think it was last week) advising on products and updated rates - it's reassuring to have a single point of contact and support when going through a big personal transaction. Really excellent throughout!
