Jul 14,2023I have had the pleasure of dealing with charlie best in securing the best financial help to buy my new car to which i am very fussy to say the least so it was a lot of back and forth looking at cars before i found the right one for me and every time he did his best to get quotes out to me as quickly as he could. Then when i did find the right car for me the main dealer were a massive pain with invoicing and paying out so he pushed and kept at them and got it done for me so i could collect the car the next day after Charles & Dean had payed out which happened to be a saturday. Over all an absolute pleasure very polite and extremely professional company would honestly recommend them to any one.

But were extremely responsive, quick and helpful. Seriously competent people and business, which is extremely rare to find in todays day and age. I will be using them again for all future purchases as they can not only offer rates miles better than any main dealer but are so refreshing to deal with. They even kept me more up to date than the main dealer while waiting for it to be processed - that tells you something! Superb job by Charles and Dean, again I couldn't recommend them enough for your next purchase!

They genuinely care about you. Ian told me all about the products. Gave me options and discussed future issues and how we may re finance and all sorts of alternatives and things gling forward. Hannah took forward the deal closure. They NEVER pressured a sale at all. Answered calls and emails within minutes. Literally. I felt very comfortable. The whole process was a breeze.
