It was all processed without hesitation so quickly and sorted by the end of day😀 Also great communications with Hannah during the process even though I struggle with technology, she kindly managed to talk me through it helping me to complete the online paperwork. Aug 04,2023I have used Charles & Dean to finance our last four car purchases/re-finances over the last fifteen months. Both Jack (Bracewell) and Hannah (Lake) have been fantastic. Great customer service, and Jack always chats through what the requirement is, what the options are within the finance market place, and where the best deals are likely to be. Quotes are then promptly provided, and then the application process is the most painless one I have had for car finance. Excellent service, helpful people and a great company. Couldn't recommend any more highly.
