Absolutely fantastic and professional experience with these guys from start to finish! In every way that I can think Alex (and his team) exceeded expectations and went above and beyond. Nothing was ever too much hassle or bother, even though I know some of my requests and questions must have seemed silly. Alex was so efficient in liasing with me and sorting out the finance side of things. The communication via email/phone was flexible and flawless. The car is fantastic! I cannot recommend Charles & Dean highly enough. It was an absolute please dealing with Charlie, Jack and Jess, they made the whole process so easy. I think I must have been their most difficult and mind changing customer ever, trying to find the right car and right finance package, but nothing was too much trouble for them and they could not have been more relaxed about the whole thing, but as sharp and professional as you can get. Not only that, their advice on the motor industry was invaluable. Absolutely brilliant all round and I will always go back for any financing needs.

I have procrastinated over buying a 'bucket list' car for a period of about a year, emailing Dean with numerous car adverts and asking for quotations. Not only has Dean never been frustrated by my pondering, he has always responded in a quick and helpful manner. Hannah assisted me with the paperwork once a car was picked and the whole experience was seamless. I found them through my favourite YouTuber, JayEmm - who had good things to say. My exerience (so far!) has been brilliant, I will certainly be using them again. I'm off to pick up my new car tomorrow :D Thanks guys!
