Jun 02,2024I contacted Charles Fish regarding the sale of a Rolex watch my wife didn’t want anymore and they couldn’t have been more helpful, they arranged to have the watch collected and 2 days latter the money was in my bank, a first class service I have no problem in giving them a 5 * rating.

Delivery a bit slower than hoped but that was down to a bank holiday and Royal Mail as shop shipped very quickly. Will definitely keep my eye out for another ring I am looking for. Highly recommend.

May 22,2024Having placed my order online and paid via PayPal my order was confirmed then received further email afterwards asking for photo ID and bank card without which order wouldn’t be sent. Why do this after paying and not ask for it before? Also paying with debit card is declined unless payment is made via PayPal. It’s soo lengthy the whole process. Jewellery Item arrived finally but feel I paid too much as the prices for 18 and 22 carat are very high compared to other places. It would be great if customers are given an incentive to buy like promotions and discounts otherwise don’t feel like would worth ordering again

May 16,2024Great experience from start to finish, was kept informed throughout of the process, when I received my pendant with my cats fur it was perfect, the blue matched my cats eyes and you could see the fur (Thank you Chloe) the packaging was top quality and some excess fur was returned to me. I would totally recommend this brilliant company.
