Was looking to add a JLC to my collection but needed to work out the best trade deal for the purchase. From my first e mail to Luke to the arrival of my new watch the service was flawless. Fair price agreed on my part ex and a great price on my new watch. Easy process despite being done over the phone and by post. Highly recommended. I would definitely use again

Wife’s birthday and found nice pendant at reasonable price on your site called in explained it was to go on 6mm box chain and could they ensure keeper would fit Was told yes but would ensure pre sending as a back up when purchasing put same in the comments box turned up wouldn’t fit called in they did offer money back and postage but that will not replace my disappointment 2 chances to get it right previously and that’s what sets the excellent to middle of the road customer service clearly the First Gentleman did not check with the sender and my comments were also not read more focused on the sale than the service to be fair I was recommend to them by a colleague now he feels bad as well wish I could say something diffrent but can only comment on my experince

I contacted Charles Fish on Saturday 15th June regarding selling my Omega PO and received a good offer from them on the 17th which I accepted. The watch was picked up by DHL on the 21st June and I received payment into my account on the 24th. Aaron and Luke were fully transparent and their service was excellent. I will have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who asks, and will certainly deal with them again.

Ordered my first Rolex, a Rolex GMT Master 2 'Rootbeer' yesterday, and it arrived safe and sound today. I'm over the moon with the service from Charles Fish and the courier they used.
