Mar 23,2024I received excellent service from Luke at Charles Fish. I found a watch I wanted and messaged Charles Fish. I received very prompt responses to my enquiry. Managed to agree a deal with Luke. A personalised invoice was received very quickly. I asked if it was possible for next day delivery as I was off work. Probably about an hour left for the cut off time, but the watch was still sent by courier for next day delivery. Very well packaged, and the watch was in mint condition. Very happy customer.

Mar 20,2024Traded my current watch for a Submariner “Kermit.” Luke responded promptly to my enquiry and we agreed a fair price for me to upgrade. Having received little encouragement from other dealers this was a welcome change. Went to their Walthamstow branch two days later and completed the transaction without issue. I can recommend Charles Fish and would be happy to purchase or sell again.

Mar 08,2024Bought a rolex from charles fish what can i say what an absolute pleasure buying from here. I had a problem with scratches from goldsmiths getting clasp adjusted. Luke the salesperson was quick to jump and sort it out for me he sent dpd to pick up the watch and rectified a problem what was not caused by them which is absolutely fantastic. The customer service from luke was 1M% couldnt thank him enough and definitely will be only using this store from now on thanks again charles fish

Feb 28,2024I can’t recommend Charles Fish enough! I got the details from a Paul Thorpe YouTube (thanks PT!). It was a simple process of sending pictures and videos of my watches. A quote came through, Charles Fish were willing to entertain a negotiation and once agreed DHL receipts came and the watches were gone. The day after I received a confirmation of inspection and a prompt to sign an invoice. Just finished verifying bank details and that’s your lot! I want to thank Luke who made the process easy and was extremely responsive. Guys, I can’t recommend Charles Fish enough and Paul Thorpe only recommends the best!
