Sep 21,2019LAKEWOOD, CO: Wadsworth and Jewell location: The costumer service was nonexistent! The entire time I was there, I felt like I was looked down upon by the employees. Upon arrival and asking questions about the services they offered, the girl who was helping me seemed very unpleasant and bothered. To top it off, they hardly even acknowledged that I was there in front of them processing a transaction and carried on an entire convo about their personal lives which is very unprofessional, and like I said, the entire time I was in front of the customer service rep, she never even asked how my day was going or thanked me for my business. I will never return to this establishment because of how these employees made me feel. I have been to similar places and though not all, some of the reps at other places make me feel valued. Definitely NOT THE CASE HERE. Next time, you guys might want to train your employees on how to treat customers and stop hiring people with these type of “I’m working behind the glass, bad attitude, eye rolling, I’m too good to help you” attitudes!
