Sep 21,2019I never thought I would ever need or get a loan from a payday lender. When I got to the point that I needed to it was definitely a low for me. However, I am so grateful for Check CIty! My financial situation would have been so much worse because of additional bank fees, etc, had I not been able to borrow from Check City. Also, I was really worried that a payday lending place would be shady, but that has not been my experience at all. They have actually provided very personalized service over the phone. I have always felt comfortable with each loan officer/processor that has helped me. They are extremely professional and friendly. The terms are clear, and the loans are actually more affordable than what I had thought they would be. Also, one month an emergency came up and I couldn't make my payment. I contacted them and they were very helpful in working with me to extend my loan. Obviously, nobody wants to be in the position where they ever need a loan, but if you ever find yourself in that situation I highly recommend Check City!
