Recent experience in enabling a service to suit my elderly parents was first class by Account Manager Mark Heys. He went out of his way to understand our specific needs. GUC part of FMC Engineer- Martin Cosgrove has installed our new cloud based telephone system. Martin was great! Very patient with our questions and helped us get set up on the new system.
West End Carpets - we have had Martin Cosgrove from Chess ICT with us for the last 2 days, to include a brand new cloud-based system. Ours is a particularly fiddly configuration and he has been absolutely brilliant in getting everything sorted exactly how we want it. Very pleased and the system itself seems great and quite simple to use.
WARNING WARNING WARNING DO NOT under any circumstances sign up or go anywhere near this company, they have conned my 88 year old Mother in law into a contract and are refusing point blank to cancel it without a payment of £634, they have no proof she signed anything (she's not computer literate so she couldn't have signed anything anyway) they are a massive con and obviously choose their victims carefully, you have been warned.
Have just renewed by contract with Chess ICT for another 30 months. Paul Bailey particularly helpful in finding my the best contract for the needs of our business..

This company’s customer service is the worst I’ve ever had had to deal with. They bully individuals into signing ridiculously long contracts when they don’t even want their shocking services. They charge you whatever they want, There’s no consistency, They just want to get the most money they can out of you. If you pull them up on their antics and ask to leave due to them not holding up their side of the contract, They will throw at you thousands of pounds worth of termination fees. To be specific, mine was just shy of £3000. The Internet speeds are the worst on the market. I was averaging 3mbs yet they charge the highest premium. When you pull them up on things they have previously said and promised, and to receive your phone call recordings as proof. (SAR). They will refuse, because they know that they are in the wrong. If anyone has any sense in them, they would stay well clear of this awful company. I can’t wait to take this to court.

Kerryann clearly explained the options for a new contract to me. Her knowledge is sound and all communications went smoothly. She quickly chased up a glitch and I felt confident that I was in capable hands. I have been with Chess for many years and have always received excellent service.
My phone contract was up for renewal. Spoke to Kerryann Farmer-Tomblin who was extremely helpful in providing me with quotes detailing my options. After discussing it with her we came to a mutually agreed solution which resulted in me renewing my contract with Chess.

To add to my google review, today I had an email stating that my outstanding account was now double what it was 3 months ago even though I have an email saying my account had been ceased. Never do business with this company unless you want to be overcharged for zero service.
