Chess look after multiple lines for us we've never had any issues. During a recent renewal Paul Bailey in particular was extremely helpful and prompt in organising what we needed. The renewal couldn't of been easier.

As you can see by all the previous reviews I have left about Chessict ( joke of a company) the only reply that is posted the same old generic answer which is all lies, I did not decline any offer, Chessict just ignored my complaints hoping I would just go away ,I will keep posting negative comments to try and warn any potential customers to stay away from this joke of a company ( I guess the reply will be the same old blah blah blah )....

A great company for providing telephone and broadband solutions to our small charity. Easy to use portal for logging tickets if there are any issues. Staff are friendly and responsive. Spoke to Paul Bailey about a contract renewal, he was very helpful and informative and the whole process was very smooth.

Having complained about poor service from Chess for off-boarding, and raised a one star review on here, Chess have now responded to my complaint and have rectified the issue. I have to say that when you are able to speak to a human being, all of the people with whom I have dealt have been excellent. It's just a shame they use a ticketing system as the primary means of customer communication.

Danielle was extremely helpful in sorting out the right mobile tariff for me,talking me though the options and how to give the right address proofs etc. also how to do electronic signatures. I'm not very I T literate, and all this "chat" stuff,much easier and quicker to speak to someone who their job. Hannah was also excellent last week sorting out my broadband

Complete scam artists that try to keep extending your contract at every opportunity. The worst experience I've ever had with a company, i'd never use them or recommend them to anyone.

What has made me most satisfied with Chess is my account manager. Mr Mark Hey. I cannot speak highly enough of him. If he was not available when I called he would return my call as soon as he could. He is extremely knowledgeable with the services Chess offer and has always been polite and friendly and would always do his utmost best to resolve any issue or problem I had.

Danielle Cook has been fantastic from start to finish. Our signal with o2 has been terrible for many months and Danielle understood our frustrations and helped coordinate a complaint to o2 which has lead to PAC codes and being able to move to EE. The transfer happened last week without a hitch across a number of company phones, and the signal is so much better. She was able to streamline our various contracts and save and reduce our overall bill. Very responsive and diligent and a pleasure to work with.

Arfter 2 months we finally got a new tariff thanks to Charlene who was really helpful and new here job unlike the other people we had the misfortune to deal with before Charlene.
