Aug 05,2021Love it and my dog does too! I just wish you could have a variety within the order. For instance, a choice of 2 for the two weeks ordering to mix like Earth & Metal or 4 choices with the 4 week shipments.

Jul 14,2021My 3 dogs absolutely LOVE Chi dog meals! Through the years I’ve tried other quality moist foods for them. Often sprinkling something enticing on top so they will start eating. With Chi they are standing & waiting for their food. No enticements needed! Mealtime is over much sooner. I feel great knowing they’ve had a nutritious & well balanced meal. They are happy too! I’m so thankful & appreciate whatever they do to make Chi food so delicious & nutritious!

Jun 29,2021I have tried 3 of the 5 samples that I purchased for Gracie Rose. I have not tried the Fire nor the Earth diets. She liked the first one, which I believe was the wood diet and now she is starting to nibble on the Metal Diet. As picky as she is, she started to like them. I will let you know how she does with the Fire and the Earth Diets. Thank you so much for making these available. Gracie Rose started out at 2.3 lbs. Now she is 2.6 lbs. Slow but sure is still good.

Jun 03,2021Wonderful food! Wonderful service! All natural and smells delicious. We feed this to our 4 year old terrier mix because she was finicky and prone to digestive difficulties. Those problems are long gone- she loves this food. A side benefit for us is that we are feeding it to the older dog (corgi mix 18yrs) and I think it is helping her with inflammation.

Jun 01,2021I wanted to switch my dog from kibble to real food for a long time but was hesitant because he is such a picky eater. My friend recommended Chi Dog and swore my dog would love the food as much as her dog loves it -- and she was absolutely right! The food is great and the customer service is wonderful. I highly recommend this company.

Jun 01,2021My dog has been happier since I have switched her to a chi dog diet. She is also starting to look healthier. She seems more alert and calmer. Breakfast and dinner time she is always waiting for her food now. Looking forward to the long term benefits of the chi-dog fire diet for my frenchie.

May 31,2021The fat level per calorie is crazy high especially for dogs with pancreatic issues as well as irritable bowel disease. I started the fire diet with my dog per my vets recommendation. he did very well until what i believe was a change from turkey breast to turkey dark meat the meat went from white to tan and there was fat in the container the food was kept in after the meat went from white to dark. my dog started getting diarrhea after this change in color. My vet agreed with my findings. after talking with one of the Drs at chi dog on two seperate occasions i was given two completely reasons why there was a color change and no reason for the fat deposits in my container. They used to have a video in there blog that showed how you could make there recipe. they showed using equal portions to make this diet 1/3 protein 1/3 vegetables and 1/3 carbohydrates anybody who knows anything about nutrition for dogs knows this is not a healthy recipe as my vet also concurred with me.My vet is a nutritionist as well and no longer sells or recommends ChiDog.After again talking with ChiDog about this issue and telling them i could no longer feed this to my dog they seemed to care less.I have since switched to another company and my dog has been thriving for months now. I would not recommend ChiDog

Apr 30,2021Since eating Chi Dog, my dog has stopped getting inflamed ear infections and the buildup of wax has decreased. My other dog has bladder stones and she would usually bleed when she pees, but since she started eating Chi Dog, there is no more blood and minimal crystals in her bladder (she is constantly getting X-rays and treatment for her issue). Overall, both my dogs are becoming much more happy and excited about meals.

Aug 17,2021I’ve rated ChiDog five stars! Packaging and shipping all first class so that food arrives perfectly frozen and ready for transfer into the refrig. I was very happy with the ingredients. Good enough for humans to eat. My dog is almost 16 yrs old and a finicky eater after her bout with a bleeding ulcer resulting in stomach issues. She always has had fish included in her dinner meal. When I transitioned her to home cooked food, she did not like Turkey as one of the proteins.. Unfortunately because of her issue with acute pancreatitis, we chose Fire Food for its benefits in that regard. She does not like Turkey. It has been difficult getting her to eat the Fire formula but her pancreatitis has improved. Had to enhance the food w/treats or other protein. When she reaches normal readings, I would like to transition her to chicken or Wood formula. She may like it better because of the chicken and I am hopeful it will address many of her other issues such as geriatric and arthritis & insomnia to name a few.
