Mar 05,2025My dog is an extremely picky eater. He is eating the Chi dog food. He has kidney disease, so we feel this food is best for him. Customer service is great. I get a response every time I ask a question.

Mar 04,2025I recently got a new puppy, and I wanted to start her off with good, healthy food. After several years of feeding ChiDog to my Border Collie, I contacted them to get a recommendation for my English Shepherd puppy. Very good customer service!

Feb 26,2025My dog was on Farmer’s Dog food for about 2 years. He recently developed pancreatitis so I had to find a new dog food. Farmer’s Dog food was not suitable for Coco Puff. I decided to try Chi Dog food. As soon as I opened the package, I could smell the freshness! It smelled good enough for me to eat! The quality of Chi Dog was far better than Farmer’s Dog! My dog, who by the way is a picky eater, LOVED his food!

Feb 25,2025Your customer service is amazing, I needed to add more food to my order for my other dog until my main ordered shipped and you made it happen. Your product is amazing and I can’t wait to see the long term benefits of it! I have two elderly Maltese (one that was just diagnosed with pancreatitis and one extremity picky eater with GI issues). I have never seen the picky eater so excited for your food!! She wakes me up extra early so she can eat! So thankful we found you! They are both having full blood panels in about 2ish weeks (once on food for 6 weeks) so it will be interesting to see what all it shows.

Feb 09,2025Chi Dog changed the way I will forever feed my dog. We have a 1 year old puppy with pancreatitis and I didn’t want her on the Hills ID diet and looked for alternatives. I wrote to Chi Food to ask their advice and heard back immediately with their recommendation of the Fire Diet. While her conditions continue to be resolved, at least I know the chi food she is getting is real food that is working for her. Their communication as a company is so prompt and helpful.

Jan 31,2025Maddie loves the fire diet. She has only been on the diet for about a week, and I can already see a difference. She has more energy and is more alert. I really like the fact that I can schedule a call to Dr. Bohrer if you have any issues. It has to be the only dog food company that offers that. The only negative is Maddie has a long beard and the food sticks to it.

Mar 05,2025Before making the change to Chi Dog, I spoke directly to Dr. Bohrer about my senior dog and her medical issues. I was very impressed and found this extremely helpful in making my decision. I really love that the shipments arrive so quickly. My dog is loving her new food. She scarfs it down at every meal. She has lost one pound since starting on Chi Dog just over a month ago and she is feeling fantastic!
