May 13,2019Dr. Susan is fantastic and eager to work with customers and their dogs. I believe in the TCVM feeding philosophy. The food seems expensive and my senior dog didn't digest all the ingredients in the fire diet (to cool her down). I am switching to the water diet since it's a neutral food and kidney supportive to see how that goes. It's easy and convenient which offsets the cost.

May 13,2019Food looks great, packing is very good and easy to access and reuse. I would give 5 stars but haven’t gotten a complete answer as to is the food locally and humanly source vs commercially farmed. I know it’s all human grade and that’s great. Justwould like to know that the company can trace back to specific farms , know cuts of specific beef (not just “beef”) , and be assured it’s all humanly raised. Otherwise 5 stars

May 13,2019They have great customer service and if there’s a problem they immediately make it right. I was having trouble with their website and I contacted them and the problems are being resolved. We were working with my picky dog and they are being very helpful In finding the right meals. for her This is a great company and when we get everything resolved it will be a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

May 13,2019We have a new puppy. She didn't seem too intrested in her food at first, then we switched her to Chidog the Metal and boy does she chow down! She loves it!
