I am so very happy with everything from the quality of the food, to their customer service and their commitment, to how much my dog absolutely loves it! Our Ollie (Shih Tzu,) had been battling seven months of diarrhea and acid reflux. He had been on a prescription medication and undergone a lot of diagnostic testing. With the simple change of his probiotic, a natural supplement and switching him to Chi Dog’s water diet, he has improved greatly! He loves the food and regained almost 3 pounds in one month. I am very grateful that our vet recommended Chi Dog!

Feb 19,2022I am very impressed with the quality of the food and the customer service. Very rare to feel like you are not being rushed on a phone call these days, I spoke to the vet and she was very kind and took the time to talk to me! love that! On another note! I started giving my doggies the food I would say approx. 2 wks ago, and I started slower than recommended, and even trans. this way, their stool has been very unpredictable.

Jan 18,2022Love this water diet, slowly still mixing it in but after one week slowly mixing this in we have no more runs and fully solid poo again. Darby seems to be doing much better and the customer service is above and beyond. I am so thankful we found you guys and this food.

Jan 11,2022I spent a lot of time making my dogs food. This was fine I loved it. My dog became ill with an autoimmune disease. At this point the food I had been making for my dog no longer worked. The Doctor knew what was happening and recommended a diet for him. He is healthy and happy again, for the most part, but I have no doubt Chi Dog food helped save his life. Thank you so very much!

Jan 04,2022I tried to cancel this order because it does not agree with my dog. No one responded. And the order was sent through even though I canceled it and canceled my subscription. I think it’s terrible that I didn’t receive a response within the week that I noted that I was not interested in receiving another shipment and yet you sent the shipment anyway. Terrible customer service. In fact zero customer service. This is a fail.

Jan 01,2022My dog became ill just before the holidays and I needed to put him in the kennel before we left. His regular food order was almost finished and I needed more of the chicken (wood) diet food while he was still having intestinal issues. I worked with customer service and was able to have the extra trays of food made and delivered directly to the kennel, which they got in a timely manner even with the holiday rush. I would highly recommend this company for their quality product and their willingness to work with their customers. It was a great weight off my shoulders knowing that my dog had his food while we were away.
