I sent an email to Ben, who had already got in touch to thank me for the order. He quickly resolved the issue by having replacement posters sent out - and these arrived in perfect condition. I was very grateful for his help. The issue was immediately resolved and I got the correct vinyl in a couple of days. Excellent music and excellent customer service!

Even after a recent order mixup (my fault, not theirs), Ben provided quick and helpful customer service and my order was somehow delivered in 2 days from the Netherlands to Los Angeles. Have ordered at least 6 times a year for 2 years and have never had an issue. Highly recommend.
