But I want to give a huge thank you to Ben D. who went above and beyond to sort this out! He was incredibly friendly and helpful and provided an excellent customer service experience. As a long time customer this was hugely appreciated and I'll definitely be back for more orders in the future!

May 28,2021I've been a Chillhop Music fan for a good while, and was thrilled to see they had merchandise available. Ordered the ever-cool Chillhop raccoon plushy for my gf as well as some stickers. My order was at an awkward time, as they were relocating their warehouse operations, and required some patience on my part for the processing of my order. Was in touch with David, a customer service representative during this time, and he was very helpful and quite pleasant to deal with. My order is on its way, and I have nothing but good things to say about the crew there at the Chillhop Music. The stickers sold out again before my order could be processed, and my purchase was refunded but I'll be back for those. Five stars, guys.

May 26,2021I placed a pre-order for one of their vinyls during their warehouse migrations. After my order was not shipped and it was no longer on pre-order status, I reached out to the provided email within my order email. They responded back quickly, apologizing that my order was missed during the migrations and gave me an additional vinyl for free. My order was shortly shipped out to me and I received them quickly. My only concern was that there were shipping issues to the US now that prevented shipping, but since that wasn't the issue I plan to order more from them since I love their music and art.

I inquired about my recent order that had not shipped yet and they promptly got back to me and explained that the newest vinyl was delayed in customs but went ahead and shipped the rest of my order right away. Took about a week to get here from overseas which is quick in my book. Love this company.
