Dec 12,2023The colour of the raccoon plush in the picture is more beige and brown but mine it’s yellow/orange and brown… Also there’s some spot that it’s white not fully cover of the colour… it cost me a lot to delivered to my country in Canada for a christmas gift. :(

Dec 06,2023Great experience, my order wasn't getting fulfilled on the website one month ans a half after the deadline was set on the pre-order I made so I reached out to them. The team was super reactive and because of production delays the after-sales service offered me to swap out the essential vinyls I chose for another limited edition style, one week after the package was delivered safely. Thanks again Ben for your service !

Dec 06,2023After having ordered 2 earlier albums on vinyl and loving the craftmanship of both the cover and contents, the postal services have messed up the delivery and lost sight of the package. After contacting Chillhop on the halted delivery, Ben replied within 30 minutes, promising to resend the album asap, although Chillhop bears none of blame. Thanks for the immediate response and resending!
