None of the companies we all know could or would try to identify - they were only interested in selling if I knew the product number. David at Choice, examined the photos and measurements and within 12 hours got back to me with all the information needed. AND - his prices were lower than anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Jan 20,2025One of our toilet seat lids had suddenly failed to soft close after seven years and the original supplier had ceased trading. I had searched in vain for a replacement toilet seat but without documentation I had nothing to go on! (Sorry) I found the Choice replacement toilet seat shop on line and, following an exchange of emails with Alex, the helpful customer service representative, sending him photos of the failed unit, they were able to source a replacement seat/lid unit of the same size and similar in appearance. They dispatched it to me quickly. The instructions were clear and the replacement is now fitted and in use.

Jan 20,2025Got the exact right seat for my unusual toilet. Their website was like an identity parade, when I saw my toilet on it, it was like recognisin g a person. The 3rd party seat is just like the original one, and the measurements reassured me it was the correct product.
