Their replacement alternative seat for the Ideal Standard Space WC is an exact fit and colour, has soft closing, more corrosion-resistant fittings than the original and is priced at a fraction of the manufacturer's replacement. Very well-packed and delivered promptly.

Feb 02,2025Prompt and friendly customer service. I am astonished at the number of different products stocked. Customer service lady was prompt, helpful and did 100% of what was promised. The phone was answered quickly too, a refreshing difference these days from the big companies that have to press 1 for this, press 2 for that and press 3 to get ignored etc and then go round in circles again. 5 stars.
