The manufacturer no longer made the current product, but I was taken to choice replacement where, after putting in the details, it suggests suitable replacements. I choose one, which I ordered late in the evening. It was despatched the next day and arrived the day after that. The seat fitted well and was easy to attach. I spent longer trying to remove the broken seat. I would definitely recommend this company and will use for any future purchases.

Oct 14,2024To be fair, I haven't returned the item yet. I am submitting this review because I received an email from them this morning asking me to. However, this company is arguing that I need to pay for the return even though the item they have provided is "Not as described". It has been a hassle and waste of time because the dimensions of the loo seat on their website and packaging are incorrect. The customer services representative has confirmed this by measuring an identical item they have on stock. So, even though they know they are incorrect they insist I pay for the return. They continue to argue their customers should pay for returns unless they have solicited advice prior to ordering in the first place. However, neither their website or their returns policy state this. They will accept the return only because I haven't opened the product. But I cant check it it will fit without doing this. They will not allow customers to unwrap the product to check if it will fit. Even when they know the dimensions are incorrect. There is zero common sense. If a customer attempts to do this (not even fitting the product) they will refuse any returns. Even though I have explained the issue they will not give me permission to open the item. It is pointless ordering online from this business unless you are 100% certain the loo seat will fit your loo.
