Oct 11,2024Ordered a toilet seat end of August and by start of October had still not received it. No communication, no updates on the order. When I got in contact to find out where it was, I was told it had been lost in transit and they would send another. Why wasn't I told? Why did it take me to chase them for them to decide to tell me it was lost in transit. Sounds like a lie, they completely forgot to send it and then used that as an excuse. Reason it isn't 1 star is because they did send me a replacement very quickly.
