Oct 03,2024I needed a new toilet seat and lid. Couldn't find one that fit anywhere. Trawled numerous shops. Found the website and asked for help. They said send in a photo, which I did. Alex responded really quickly with exactly what I needed. There was a really good choice of colours, and they had the one I needed in stock. I ordered it and it arrived a few days later. Great service from friendly staff. Wish I gone to them sooner.

Oct 01,2024Item ordered on the basis of the information on the advert for the items. When they arrived they would not fit because the dimensions of the peg measurements did not match what was shown on the advert. Pointless showing dimensions of a part if you're not accepting that they are incorrect. Offered to refund me the cost of the parts but not the postage and expected me to pay the return postage. As it was their fault, I don't see why I should be out of pocket. Will never use again.

Oct 01,2024Contacted Choice Replacement for a Twyford toilet seat that had been discontinued. I have been trying to get this for the best part of a year with lot of false starts and no luck. Alex replied to my email and identified it immediately and included the link. I was able to purchase it super quick. I am now looking forward to receiving it. Thanks very much Alex. 😁

Oct 01,2024I had a very odd shaped toilet bowl that I needed a replacement toilet seat and lid for and I couldn't find something with the right dimensions anywhere. A local bathroom store recommended Choice Replacement Toilet Seat Shop as somewhere I might find what I needed. I identified a possibility on the website but emailed Choice's customer service to check it would fit. They were so helpful. They responded really quickly and informed me that option was now discontinued, but took my toilet bowl measurements from me and found me an alternative. I ordered it, with reassurance of a refund if it didn't fit, but fortunately it was exactly what I needed. This store has great stock and amazingly helpful staff. Without doubt a 5 star experience.
