Sep 17,2024I sent photographs of the toilet by email and they sent me a link to the correct seat the following day. I ordered the seat and it arrived only two days later. The seat took 15 minutes to unpack and fit. New seat fits perfectly and looks great

Sep 14,2024You might think it's a bit niche: a company matching discontinued toilets with toilet seats currently being manufactured - but thank goodness these guys are! It cut out a lot of hassle to be able to decipher which old loo we had - and which lid would fit the best. The website is brilliantly informative, communication great, the service speedy - and the best bit - the lid fits! Easy to assemble too. Thank you for saving us slipping off the bowl onto the floor...or worse!

Sep 13,2024Excellent money saving service. I gave them photos and dimensions of my Duravit toilet. They found and then promptly supplied me with replacement dampers for the lid. This saved me over £100, as I did not need to buy a new lid. Very impressive prompt service. Highly recommended.
