I received the Kefir quickly and started taking the kefir straight away. It has a very unique taste and I was amazed how ‘alive’ it was. I think I’m now hooked on it and will be ordering some more very soon. I have also bought two books about how the Chuckling Goat started and about the wonder effects the kefir has on the digestive system. 5 out of 5, without a doubt.

Nov 09,2023It’s not cheap but it’s very good. I treat it (kefir milk) as medication but at the same time it makes a great smoothie! The proof will be in a 3 months when I retest my gut biome - I was virtually flatlining on that front after a long course of heavy antibiotics. Chuckling Goat - I have faith in you!

Nov 07,2023For the past five years I had been suffering from indigestion triggered by antibiotics. I tried different types of digestive enzymes in capsule form (not to mention other medication and supplements) but nothing worked in the long term. I started taking the original kefir from Chuckling Goat in September and there was a noticeable improvement from the second day; five weeks later, both my indigestion and the acne related to it are completely gone. Most kefir brands around do not have an explicit focus on gut health (and have significantly less strains of live cultures in their kefir) so I am very thankful that brands like the Chuckling Goat exist!

It's too early to say anything about the collagen, however the kefir is absolutely great!! I have a very problematic gut and the kefir is helping more than anything I ever tried!
