Oct 13,2023Chuckling Goat Kefir has utterly transformed my health, eases my autoimmune symptoms and healed my leaky gut. I can now eat more with less flare ups and sleep better! The Sensitive Kefir Lotion helped some contact dermatitis I had from metallic sunglasses, nothing else worked but the kefir lotion took the inflammation down and cleared the skin. I wholly recommend, for belly and skin!
