Dec 03,2024I’ve had Crohn’s disease for 24 years and have been on steroids to control the inflammation too all that time. I realised a long time ago that a healthy diet was the key to improving my digestive system so changed to a more natural diet and took probiotics . The probiotics helped but I still had a lot of inflammation throughout my body. SOoooo, I came across Chuckling Goat Kefir, I had to start very slowly like a teaspoon a day to make sure it didn’t make me go to the loo too many times and cause a flare up !! Slowly slowly I increased the kefir and within 3 months I was drinking 170ml a day and what a difference I feel normal, I feel alive, I can eat some gluten now and some other naughty foods 😜. My blood tests and stool tests show a marked reduction in inflammation , which is wonderful. Thank you, thank you to Chuckling Goat and your team. I hope this review helps and encourages others to try your kefir.

Nov 28,2024I was sucked into the large bold advert offering a 14 working day turnaround so paid my money. Only after the money has been taken do you receive an email advising it could be 7 weeks. As of today they are still advertising in big bold letters a 14 day turnaround. To brighten my day further I have received an email today offering me the same product for £75 less. I have no idea when I may receive my results because you are unable to track any progress.

I suffered with painful cuts on my finger ends for years and tried no end of medical avenues to stop them including weekly visits to hospital dermatology departments for treatment. After trying the goats kefir for a while the cuts disappeared and have never returned. I still take it daily and swear by it. Thank you goats.
