I have been purchasing from CigarPlace for several years. Never had a problem. Recently they are shipping USPS (free) instead of UPS (free). That adds about 4 days to the delivery time as UPS is usually next day, and the package sits at the Stuart USPS facility for a few days added time to the delivery cyscle

Highly recommended website. I’ve only had one box tha was dry and am being sent a new box and a return label. Costomer Service responded the next business day.

Follow up on original review (shown below). I spoke with "Tyler" in customer service this morning and explained what had happened with my prior return request. I also requested a return of a second item (to be combined with my original return). Tyler addressed the issue in a professional manner and processed my request. I recveived my return label within 10 minutes of my phone call. Thank you for redeeming your customer service department. I am upgrading my rating to 3 stars from 1. Piss poor customer service! I called 58 hours ago requesting a return label for defective cigars. The rep I spoke with was super cheerful and polite. “Allan” acknowledged that the cigars I purchased had a very high return rate due to “batch” problems. He stated I would receive a return label with instructions NO LATER THAN 48 hours from the time of my call. It never came. I called back and spoke with a second rep that reiterated what Allan said and he acknowledged my request was “in the system “ and to wait the full 48 hours. It had been 44 hours at that point. I waited the FULL 48 hours and… NO LABEL. They are now closed for the weekend and I now have to wait ANOTHER 2 DAYS to ask again! Garbage company to do business with, they are polite but DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL! Avoid them. My only remedy left is now through my credit card processor to dispute the charge. PITA!!!

Outstanding customer service and such prompt shipping. Never had a bad experience. Cigars always come so neat and nicely packed. And cigars are always in perfect seasoning

A neighbor told me about cigar place. Decided to check it out and wow. The prices are great and the sticks are what they are supposed to be. Mostly free shipping as well. I'm addicted and spent over 250$ in a few weeks to fill my humidor with "luxury" sticks. Great shipping speed as well..... Great company. Even have Cubans like the montecristo #2, my favorite. Maybe I'll get a free one! 😂😂

They stink!!! What they do is ship a false order that doesn’t comply with customs, and then blame the buyer. Make sure you NEVER order from them!!! Pure SCAM!!! EDIT after false and misleading reply from CP. I was just refunded my FULL price because you did NOT comply with a fully scannable label. Complying with Customs is YOUR responsibility and you were so flippant as to insist that to restock a product I never received you would charge me 20%. Lear a lesson here; I paid over €50 in shipping and all you had to do was show good customer service. You failed and my review is the truth. You are LYING. Showing me an email copy of something is not the same as being able to scan it, as Customs did. FYI: IS THAT WHY YOU HAVE 12 - 1 STAR REVIEWS THAT PRECEDED MINE???

This company has the worse service you can find; they never answer my emails and have a very bad & unfriendly return policy, which defeats having competitive prices.

This was my first time ordering from "cigar-place". The service was excellent. I had an issue with the order and the guys from the support were very helpful and professional in resolving it. The cigars arrived in time and perfectly packaged with boveda 69% hum. packs. For the time being, I ma resting my cigars in my humidor and can't wait till I smoke em. I will definitely order again! Cheers!

Just received my latest batch of stogies and I’m looking forward to sparking up once they recover from jet lag. Despite the UK government charging almost twice the cost of the cigars (in tax and duty), it is still financially beneficial for me to use Cigar Place. The speed of delivery, quality of packaging and, above all, quality of cigars is fantastic. Here’s to the next order.

Been doing business with CigarPlace since 2007. Never had an issue left unresolved or left me unsatisfied. To be honest they and one other joint have been my go to for sticks online.

Do not trust them if your a UK buyer. I got charged over 400% of what the cigars cost by customs. They could not fill in a simple form for the over priced international shipping cost. Avoid them, absolutely useless.

Black Friday sale is not as it seems. As per typical marketing schemes, this store drove up the price of the items to make their Black Friday sale seem like you are getting a bargain. I have proof of this with screen shots. On Tuesday November 31st I purchased a bundle of 20 cigars at 30% off their normal price and paid $159.99. Free shipping no tax. This same item on Black Friday was listed at 37% off but the price was $189.99 I don’t know about you but the math does not work in this equation. What happened is that for Black Friday, the MSRP was raised to $300.00 which it is not correct for this cigar as the price on average is $10 per stick everywhere else for the E.P. Carillo pledge. I’m glad I took advantage of the true sale before Black Friday, which is the only good thing I have to say dealing with Cigar Place. Shame on your pricing antics during times of sales. I know a lot of retailers do it but, that doesn’t mean you should jump on the same band wagon of dishonesty and trick your consumers into thinking they are getting a good deal when they aren’t.

Had used them several times Last order next day got an email from someone from the vendor saying their CC had flagged me as "suspicious " same card same address as always asked me to email a photocopy of a "government issued ID" or call a number not the 1800 so I declined pointed out that I had done business with them several times. Also checked my CC company and they had the debit on file so (?) then got another email saying well yes we have record of purchases and deliveries same CC same address and we'll send it if you sign for it. Ah no everyone else leaves it on the porch cause we're rarely home during the day and we live in a town that makes Mayberry look like a high crime local so use at your own risk the whole photo of a government ID just gets my suspicions up. After reviewing their response I am even more concerned I can document at least three amd probably 4 purchases from them in the last calender year all to the same person, same address. I woild definitely be concerned about their record accuracy and security and I woild definitely be very cautious before providing them permanent personal information

2 cigar refund policy is a joke. After waiting 30 minutes to speak to rep. was told keep cigars in my humidor to refresh as they arrived bone dry.still waiting on prepaid return postage.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else

I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE AGAIN I SPEND OVER $100 OVER ONE MONTH AGO AND STILL DON'T HAVE MY ORDER !!!! When I contact them they say it must be in customs and they leave it up to you to chase up ? I own a small online business and I AM 4.9 star that's because I chase up any issues for my customers and don't fob them off with YOU need to chase up Your answer is not acceptable as your company needs to find a service that is track able/traceable for your dwindling customer base as this is what I had to do as I also have an online company so please no more excuses, the customers need results I don't believe it you guys are still making excuses don't you wonder why you are a miserable 3 star rating you should be embarrassed with this below average score are you not

Bought a box of cigars online in April. Took over 1 month for the cigars to arrive in Canada. The duty fee was literally double the cost off of the box of cigars. Of course I never accepted the package, and cigarplace.biz hit me with the 20% stocking fee. Understanding this is a harsh reality and that customer service did absolutely nothing to help keep my business in any way.

I ordered a cigar from CIGAR PLACE that was out of stock with the company I usually buy from. I placed my order before 11AM and recieved my order the next day! The price was the same as where I'am usually buying cigars, however the speed of my order excution was mind blowing. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!
