2nd time I’m getting from Circular, never disappoint me,
Got an iPhone in November 2024. In February 2025, screen of device went all green - less than 3 months after getting the device. No warranty, NOTHING. Was asked to get a quotation for repairs - I got on that quoted $180-$240 if only repairs needed but may jump to $350 for a screen replacement. I have to pay the repairs UPFRONT myself and after that, they MAY credit in cost of repairs into my account and my monthly payment can be deducted from the credit. The word is MAY…???!!! April comes, I decided to try and send the device to an Apple repair centre. I managed to get an exception for a free screen replacement (only for that particular model). When I wrote in to them for a credit for the months I wasn’t able to use the device, all I got was a stupid, template answer. So…NO…I won’t be continuing with them once my contract ends!!! I have found another company that is more upfront and has better service!!!

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Circular SG. My phone was damaged due to water, and instead of them handling the repair or covering most of the cost as advertised (they claimed 90% coverage), I was told I had to pay the full amount upfront. This felt very unfair and misleading. What’s worse is that the whole process was inconvenient and unclear. If they claim to provide 90% coverage, why am I the one bearing 100% of the cost initially? In comparison, Singtel’s phone insurance is much better—they offer a straightforward 1-to-1 exchange, which is far more reliable and hassle-free. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Circular to anyone based on my experience.

I cracked the screen cover due to a fall and got reimbursed for 90% of the cost for changing the screen at Apple Store. All in a day’s work. Highly recommend!

While the monthly rent may initially appear affordable, the reality is that the hidden and excessive fees ultimately make this arrangement far from reasonable. It is clear that your company operates more like a predatory lender than a service provider, relentlessly chasing payments with little regard for customer well-being or empathy. If such exploitative behavior continues without any meaningful revision, I sincerely hope that consumers will choose to take their business elsewhere, not worth it guys just buy a phone than to endorse in their business!! was a victim
