Aug 24,2022I ordered a bag on 17 Aug. Chased for a despatch date on 23 Aug as I hadn’t heard anything. He rang me on 24 Aug to say he hasn’t got any stock of the bag I ordered. When I asked why it took him so long to let me know he was very rude and just said if I wasn’t satisfied, leave a review. So here it is. I have one of their bags already which is very nice so I don’t have a problem with their items. The problem I have is how rude he was and the fact that he didn’t give a s*** that he had an unhappy customer. Would not order from them again.

Aug 20,2022Happy with the garden chairs and table, but it took a while to get to me, although they did inform me of the delay. Issues with delivery, the first attempt DPD said they missed me when I was in my flat all afternoon. The photo of the doorway where they posted the calling card, was not my doorway. Second time was successful, but had to cancel something in order to be in when they came.
