She was excellent took her time to explain everything including there could be a problem with the gas because of the distance & 2 walls to connect the gas meter to the electricity meter. She was right & could see we were not happy.

The engineer was absolutely brilliant. She came and fitted everything effectively, fully cleaned up including extra bits that weren’t her mess and was great to chat to. She kept me fully updated with everything she was doing and left the kitchen in a better state than when she came. She explained the meter and the app and was knowledgeable and professional.
Very energetic lady who loved my dog. Never felt so relaxed having someone in my home she was amazing. Really nice to talk to and hope she enjoyed the cuppa I made

The engineer that came out to visit me in May came back today which made me feel valued and safe, she managed to get all meters working eventually as Ive been waiting for 4 years for them to be fixed. She has respect and a great bedside manner, knows how to communicate and did everything in front of me keeping me up to date with everything which I believe is important especially at my age (79) and I don't understand these meters, she really took time to explain everything. She's just like a breath of fresh air :)
This review is for smart meter for gas and electric. Turned up on time and phoned first . All carried out quickly and carefully explained . Very pleasant and helpful . Supervisor arrived as well and could see good rapport between them and was chatty and friendly . Highly recommended

We were very pleased with the service. The Engineer arrive on time, he was polite, informative, his standard of workmanship was very good & he left everything in good order.
Our Engineer Jack McGregor was very efficient. He phoned to say he was here and completed the work promptly. He was very bubbly with a great sense of humour.

Jordan (the engineer) rang to advise of his arrival time, this was at the start of the agreed time window for the work being carried out. Therefore, off to a great start as there was no waiting around until the end of the possible time frame agreed. Always gets things off to a good start 👌 Jordan explained the process fully and also reminded me that the WiFi and utilities would be off for a while. Jordan carried out the work in a polite and tidy manner and fully checked that everything was working and briefed me on all the relevant information before departing. I was very pleased with Jordans approach to the work, knowledge of the tasks to be undertaken, as well as advice given on related matters such as the fusebox. Finally, interaction with me as a customer was polite and respectful. Thank you!
The EDF engineer Aaron could not have been better. He arrived on time after ringing me ahead of his arrival to tell me how long it would be till his ETA. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and respectful of my property. Above all thought his work was of the highest standard. Well done to him his firm City Energy I believe and EDF. I have to be honest and say I was worried about the change due to stories of other companies but with Aaron I was in the hands of a perfectionist. His workmanship was/ is of the highest order. Thank you again to all concerned but especially Aaron and his direct management
