Apr 25,2018jackie gonzalez was incredible. patrick morgan put us in touch with her immediately the day we reached out and we closed just weeks after. jackie was on the ball, kept us updated, was super knowledgeable and worked with us the whole way to make sure the deal was done and done the right way. she was a dream to work with. super positive. i was under a lot of stress on my side of the transaction due to a closing date we had to meet (we had a different lender fall out) and she was cool, calm and collected. cant say enough good things about her.

Apr 25,2018Terms were great but closing speed was not as advertised and we were still providing documents up until the last minute. We had to push back closing twice and nearly lost our deal. We had our account manager switched on us in the middle of the deal which was the cause of a lot of the issues.
