This is my honest experiences, the processes were too intense which was almost like dealing with a bank. Private lending was supposed to be almost seamless and less intuitive which is the reasons why it’s called Private Lending. Anyhow, Dara was quite patient with me and I hope things will go smoother for future project.

From the moment I made an inquiry call and got a return call from James Hatcher within minutes I received nothing but excellent service. Called them after a denial due to difficulties with income although I have a stellar credit score and no lack of down payment. Talked with Matt, painless application, answered EVERY call no matter time day and night (and there were a few to say the least). Funded in 2 weeks! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Brian Fung is exceptionally committed and professional. I called him during the Friday before Christmas to ask some questions on a deal I was considering and I was amazed at the level of service I received from then on through the weekend and during the entire week after leading into the new year. Because of Brian's dedication we hit the ground running and started off the year with a solid acquisition and a great loan. I would recommend his service to any investor!
