Dec 21,2017super easy loan with ample time......Civic stumbled to the finish. Great rep but lousy doc prep performance. Luckily on this purchase, we were not pressured from the seller. However in this quick close competitive arena, we will not risk the next purchase with Civic.

When an answer was not off the top of his head he was able to retrieve it with a quick response and accurate answer. everything occurred as planned, no big surprises, the transaction closed the way we expected it to no Slingbox or misinformation. Matt was extremely patient and professional and I would recommend civic and Matt to anyone.
