This is our 3rd deal with CIVIC and we loved the experience. Our Account Executives, Melissa S. and Michael H. were super! Took care of every detail, were great at communicating and moving the ball forward. This was another smooth process though we were in new territory with this type of loan. Thank you, CIVIC!

I am a Senior Asset Manager at another lender, and Brian Fung is my go-to guy when it comes to referring my clients to him who are approaching their maturity dates. Brian has refinanced at least a dozen of our loans. Not only has he impressed me, my company, but our mutual clients. Brian goes above and beyond to meet our mutual client's needs. Most importantly, he is ALWAYS available. I look forward to continuing to work with CIVIC and Mr. Fung.

Although my particular loan situation was by far considered "normal", CIVIC was able to approve my loan and fund. Eli kept me informed at each step and was always available to assist. Though the loan process was very long and detailed the first go around more than other hard money lenders, Rance was very patient with us in getting the funding and closing on the home. The rate is good and the funding happened without a issue.

Always a pleasure working with Whit and Vanessa at CIVIC. Loans are not always easy and some can be challenging and time consuming but Whit and Vanessa always step up to make sure things get done in a timely manner. They think outside the bank ;)
