Jan 17,2022The CSIS has always dealt with all my issues relating to my car insurance with efficiency and courtesy. They have provided quality insurance at a reasonable premium. Whilst not always the cheapest the package is comprehensive and good value. The ability to pay interest free for insurance in easy payments over the year is a very good advantage.

Jan 17,2022I've had Civil Service car insurance for many years but have mainly been forced to change due to the none finding of my future cars registration. However Admiral was able to so I changed my insurance in an instance. Perhaps the difficulty was this car had been registered uk then was taken to Cyprus and registered there was brought back to the UK and re registered. So what the problem was I'm not sure. But it has resulted in me changing my car insurance provider

Jan 17,2022I have been with CSIS for more years than I care to remember and I have always found the Society's staff excellent and and helpful, and their house and car insurance products are competitive as far as I can judge. What problems I have had, and there have been some, concern the companies that the Society uses. An example; in the past there was no problem or significant cost if any in adding my son as a listed driver for a short period when he visited us from abroad. With the current insurer both my adult children find it considerably simpler and cheaper to take out temporary insurance with other companies which is a shame.
