Mar 08,2025My initial online quote was followed up by telephone calls from the CSIS staff. At the time it suited me to commence a policy, the customer service team thoroughly explained the cover available and provided great assistance.

Mar 07,2025I reviewed the info which I had asked for and which was promptly supplied to me. I phoned CSIS with one query which was promptly answered. I submitted my application for travel insurance and that was promptly acted upon. CSIS could not have made the process any easier.

Mar 07,2025We have taken out the travel insurance which is excellent for us as my husband has multiple health conditions and is very much cheaper for equivalent cover that other companies. The process of taking out the policy was easy, the representative was kind, friendly and knowledgeable and gave us the assurance we needed regarding the cover.

Again the a comptative price, saving me over £100 on my previous insurers. The representative I dealt with was Cheryl who clearly explained in simple terms the policy in the most pleasant way, leaving me a very happy customer.

Mar 09,2025Signing up for travel insurance was easy. There was no long health questionnaire to complete which so often doesn't fit my health conditions. I feel confident that the responses I gave cover my situation and that gives me peace of mind. Of course, the proof of the pudding is in the eating, so I cannot testify as to how the insurers would perform if I needed to make a claim.
