Advisors are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly as well as accessible- not a hint of those impersonal call centres! Very well done CSIS team, don’t ever change.

Dec 03,2021It is difficult to review a service that I haven't used. It is easy to apply and the services on offer are excellent but I have never used any of them. There are cheaper policies but I have stayed with this company because I trust them but until I use the service the review is partial.

Dec 03,2021I’ve had excellent service from this company for years. I have never claimed. They are the cheapest I have found and quality of service is excellent. The only error I had this year when I requested my new documents, I was sent my old ones. I rang up and requested my new ones and they were sent out straight away. Human errors are made but as long as they are rectified this is totally acceptable. I would recommend them totally.
