Arrived 5 days late. Ordered on 30/12 guaranteed 48 hour delivery, eventually arrived 06/01 so job now running vry late. Neither apology nor compensation offered so not quite sure what the 'guaranteed' means. Packaging was torn in the corner causing slight damage to a couple of boards, but this is minor and can be worked into offcuts. Other than that, kit looks OK though not installed yet.

very quick service and reply to a query. The items were left outside on delivery though. The cladding and trim was incredibly fragile compared with what I've used before.

Ordered a week ago today and still havnt recived my items. Was told I would receive in 48 hours. Understandably with it being new year I was expecting a slight delay. But yet still nothing. Emailed and was told I would receive some update. Nothing heard as of yet. Not happy.

The white ash wood effect pvc ceiling panels Are really lovely and such a nice colour which will blend with any wall colour you pick I have the grey marble and they look really smart They company was fast with delivery and when one panel end was damaged due to delivery company they replaced it with 4 panels just in case. Brilliant would recommend

I would request 0 stars if that were possible. I have received 4 shower boards 2 of which we’re damaged , inside the packaging on delivery and 2 of which were damaged on installation. The surface of the board is less than paper thin. As I waited for my plumber to unwrap them some days after receiving them I have been refused a refund. I can not recommend them.

First time customer, can fault the service, price, quality and deliver time. Was a really inexpensive and effective way to cover a messy celling! Would use again.
