Jan 05,2017High quality shirts with real 'washability' - one patterned shirt is now nearly 4yrs old and has been worn/washed at least once a fortnight and is only now losing colour. The service and politeness from ALL members of staff is superb, no quibble exchanges, I've even had replacements shirts sent out before exchanges are returned (my wardrobe has a large C/L section lol) They offer something 'different', you're unlikely to see the same garment on someone else when you go out - very distinctive. Dec 17,2016Many items are out of stock but they still show available on-line and accepted the order to charge. I ordered 8 items and upon dispatch they informed not able to fulfil one of the items and offered a refund. However refund amount was wrong / lesser than actual and only after chasing they refunded the remaining. Then when I received the package, found out 2 more items were missed out! Chased again but no reply..... Could be their on-line order processing was all messed up, or they did it intentionally to cheat!

Dec 16,2016I have already sent an email directly to the co website on 24/11 and received no response. I am on the mailing list but whenever I get an email and try and view the women's section the page repeatedly keeps freezing and updating so that it is impossible to view, let alone purchase items. This meant I missed out on the Black Friday deals but it has happened before that as well on numerous occasions. Months ago I put in an order for two ladies shirts, one was out of stock and I am still awaiting the email promised to let me know they are back in stock although I saw they were when I was looking at the end of November Such a shame, excellent (albeit pricey) shirts but awful customer service.

Dec 13,2016I like to be different, so from time to time, I buy a limited edition shirt and they do get attention. If you want to stand out from the crowd, you will not go wrong with a Claudio Lugli Shirt. They are expensive, but as I say, to get that bit extra, it is worth it.

Dec 13,2016Top quality shirts with a really good fit. Material quality is excellent. I had a couple of buttons barely attached on my first purchase, but the shirts are so good I forgive them that, they're worth 5 stars. Have and will be buying again.

Jan 11,2017Recently made my first purchase from Claudio Lugli and I have to say it was a wonderful experience. The sunflower shirt is beautiful, the fabric luxurious, the detail and finish perfect. These shirts are obviously made with love. I had to phone for some help regarding my order and can say that customer service exceeded expectation. Looking forward to purchasing again. Just one request ..... more flowery shirts please !
