Dec 12,2016Staff great ....but ! Shirt arrived without paperwork and needed exchange. Phoned to ask what to do. Typed all information as requested enclosed in packaging and returned shirt for exchange and was told shirt required was in stock and would be sent. Waited but exchange never arrived. Phoned again and said they were behind with deliveries/returns due to Black Friday. I accepted this and waited for my shirt...... Never arrived. Phoned again and was now told the shirt was now out of stock in the required colour so agreed to a different colour and the shirt would arrive next day. It did, however again no paperwork inside packaging. Shirt is beautiful and will be keeping it. However my partner decided he would like another shirt and saw on the website the original ordered shirt WAS available in his siZe and preferred colour (having been told it was not!! ) Staff were always helpful and understanding but not good service overall.

Dec 10,2016The way that you can mix and match the clothes is great. I have a selection of shirts, suits and jeans. It's a shame that you are no longer doing jeans as the size and cut fit me perfectly.

Dec 10,2016These shirts really create the Wow! My husband was introduced to them by a friend so he bought one. He wears it so often that I've bought him two more for Christmas. Every time he puts it on people say Wow! and ask all about it. I can highly recommend buying these shirts, they arrive very promptly and are a dream to was and iron. Can't wait to see his face on Christmas morning.

However, it was my second choice shirt. despite several emails and trying to do on line chat to find out if my first choice shirt would be in stock in the relevant size I still haven't had a response so disappointed in the lack of customer service!

Thought I would have to send one back, but was telephoned the next day to confirm my requirements. Second shirt was credited. A hassle free service Thank you.

Dec 08,2016Great products at a great prices. I ordered shirts at incorrect sizes, and no issue with returns and credit note. Didn't use for 4 months but no issue, a bought a fabulous jacket. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

The last time I paid for jumper on 1st December was expecting delivery today 6th of December but received a refund Very bizarre and unprofessional And now jumpers have disappeared from website
