Dec 06,2016Could not be more impressed with the customer service response from Claudio Lugli. Bought 2 shirts went to paypal which crashed, so did the order again, tuned out I had placed 2 orders they contacted me within 10 minutes to ask if this was correct, and amended the order.

Dec 06,2016I first became aware of Claudio Lugli shirts at Goodwood, whilst, not cheap, they are some of the best quality shirts I've ever worn. I have since bought more of their shirts over the phone , and dealt with a young guy called Naz, who I understand is the owners son. He has been more than helpful and very efficient and great to deal with, So, all in all, a great, but not cheap product sold by a very efficient company. Highly recommended.

Dec 06,2016Their printed shirts are quite different from generally available shirts and are very good quality. They wash and iron very easily and the print does not fade. Only difficulty is deciding which design to buy. I now have several of them ! They do gather some favourable comments whenever I wear one, so you cannot blend into the background.
