Nov 29,20161) BLACK FRIDAY SALES This company claimed to have a sale on. It is non existent. We attempted to order quite a few shirts and after about 3 hours online we called them only to be asked for a list. Gave Simon a list of about 15 shirts in 2 sizes. He assured me they would call back asap and never did. Bottom line is the website leads you to believe that there is a sale but there isn't as an order cannot be processed. Even more unprofessionally - every time you call the company you get told 'we are really busy' - not what you want to hear as a customer. 2) REFUNDS They offered to process my refund including postage. Had to chase it up as it wasn't done 12 days after returning the items. Great products. Awful service. Unprofessionally managed.

Sep 14,2016Love the amazing colourful designs and good quality material used. I have bought my husband different ones for birthdays and anniversaries and he is delighted to wear all of them. They are greatly admired, comfortable to wear and so eye catching. Size exchanges or returns haven't created any problems and we are thrilled to have met Claudio and done business with him.

There was a slight mix up with the shirt, I then went to the live chat online to explain what had happened, within 2 minutes I had a phone call from the main office saying they would send me a replacement right away! And true to there word the replacement shirt arrived the day after and was absolutely perfect! Fantastic customer service!! 👌🏼

Sep 04,2016I recently ordered online a pair of swim trunks and found when they arrived that the wrong size had been sent. I phoned and a very helpful member of staff sorted out a replacement pair - which arrived by overnight courier - and said there was no need to send back the other pair. As a result, my family now has two pairs of stylish swim trunks for the price of one. Superb (above and beyond the call of duty) customer service!
